Our Deposit, Payment and Cancellation Policies
Registration Deposit
Once your application is approved, applicants are asked to submit a $500.00 Non-refundable registration deposit to secure placement on the next FL AFS workshop.
The $500.00 Registration Deposit secures placement on the next Finding Life Adventure.
The Registration Deposit can be paid online via PayPal, in person by cash or check or via mail.
Payment Structure
Upon acceptance, you will receive an email from info@findinglifeadventurefilmschool.com confirming your enrolment.
The $500.00 non-refundable registration deposit must be paid in order to secure your placement as this is on a first come first serve basis.
A further 50% deposit is required within 30 days of acceptance.
The remaining 50% balance (minus registration deposit) must be paid no later than 45-days prior to trip departure.
Early bird discount
We encourage early registration. “Early birds” will receive a discount of $500 off their total trip cost. All deposits must be made in order to qualify for this discount.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your participation, you are required to notify the FL AFS in writing at least 45 days prior to the course commencement date.
Our trips and deposits are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend the film school you registered and made payments towards, you are permitted to transfer your deposits to any other future FL AFS . In the event that you need to cancel upon full payment, we will deduct any costs that we’ve incurred with our travel partners and hold a credit for you towards another FL AFS of your choice.
